Shipping policy

Where do you ship?

We ship throughout the continental United States of America, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.  We offer International Shipping to Australia and Canada.  We do not offer shipping to other countries at this time, and we apologize for any inconvenience.

 

When do you ship?

All orders are processed within 1-3 days and ship Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

 

Do you offer express delivery?

Express delivery options are available at checkout.  We make every effort to ensure that express orders are processed and shipped as soon as possible; however, it is suggested that you anticipate one business day for handling time depending upon the size of your order and the time in which your order is placed.

Please know that once your order leaves our store, we have little control over the time period and any potential delays involving your preferred carrier and order.  However, we are always willing to assist you with any issues that arise.

 

Do you offer local pick-up or delivery?

We cannot accept visitors at our storage facility; however, local pick-up and delivery options are available on a case-by-case basis only for those customers who reside within Chester County, Pennsylvania.  Please contact us prior to making your purchase if you are interested in this option.
